About the maker of PlanWit

Namaskara! I'm Dhanush Shetty, based in Bengaluru, India, and I've spent the last decade building websites.

By day, I'm a web developer at a corporate company. By night, I'm an indie hacker working on side projects.

PlanWit is the first of those projects. I've been building it since December 2025, and there's still a long list of features I want to add.

That's a lot for one developer: plenty of long nights, and no second pair of eyes to catch what I miss. PlanWit says 'we' a lot. Every one of them is me (until I hire).

So some features may have rough edges or bugs that I've missed or misjudged. Please keep an open mind and send me your feedback. I'll fix things as soon as I can and ship the fixes right away.

Beyond tech, I'm always looking for a chance to pack my bags and travel somewhere new. That's also what drives me to hustle: to one day escape the 9-to-5.
